UPON CONFIRMATION OF THE LAND COMMISSION.
Whereas, the Board of Commissioners to Quiet Land Titles have by their decision awarded unto the Heirs of Halaki Claim No. 484, Part 1, an estate of Freehold less than Allodial, in and to the land hereafter described, and whereas the said Heirs of Halaki, have commuted the title, as awarded for a Fee Simple Title, ....

.... granted Land in Fee Simple unto the said Heirs of Halaki, their heirs and assigns, subject to the taxes to be from time to time imposed by the Legislative Council, equally upon all Landed Property held in Fee Simple.
