Whereas, the Board of Commissioners to Quiet Land Titles have by their decision awarded unto Kahula, Claim No. 6232 and estate of Freehold less than Allodial, in and to the land hereafter described, and whereas the said Kahula has commuted the title as awarded, for a fee simple title by the payment of twenty do ....
