Whereas, the Board of Commissioners to Quiet Land titles have by their decision awarded unto American Board of Commissioners of Foreign Missions, an estate of Freehold less than Allodial, in and to the land hereafter described by Royal Land Patent No. 1600 of this series, and land was confirmed to said Board in fee simple, and whereas by authority of said Board a new Patent ....
