UPON CONFIRMATION OF THE LAND COMMISSION
Whereas, the Board of Commissioners to Quiet Land titles have by their decision awarded unto James Robinson & Robert Lawrence, Claim No. 787, an estate of Freehold less than Allodial, in and to the land hereafter described, and whereas said James Robinson, and Robert Lawrence have commuted the title as awarded for a Fee Simple Title by the payment of Seventy five dollars ....
