Upon Confirmation of the Land Commission
Whereas, the Board of Commissioners to Quiet Land titles have by their decision awarded unto Henry Zupplien 275B, an estate of Freehold less than Allodial in and to the land hereafter described, and whereas the said Henry Zupplien had commuted the same for a Fee Simple Title by the payment of Thirty-seven & one half Dollars.
Therefore, Kamehameha, by the Grace of God, King of the Hawaiian Islands by this Royal Patent, makes known unto all men, that he has, for himself and his successors in office, this day granted and given Absolutely in Fee Simple, unto the said Henry Zupplien all that certain piece of land situate at Poepoe, Kapalama, in the Island of Oahu, and described by surveyed boundaries, as follows:
Commencing at the Makai South corner of this land, joining Paepaealii and running
North 47° 15' West 2 chains 58 7/12 feet to corner makai of house; thence
South 56° 45' West 8 2/12 feet to corner; thence
North 34° 30' West 1 chain 31 2/12 feet to corner, thence
