Hear ye, ye Land Commissioners: I, Maia, hereby state my claims for land which I occupy, at Waiakoa. Moanui is the name of the `Ili and Kalaau is the name of the konohiki. In this `Ili there are some ancient claims from the makuas of my wahine which we occupy. However, at Moonui, Makai of the highway we have a kihapai named Kailiili. Mauka of the highway, which is one of the boundaries, we have a kihapai. This is the second place.
The fourth is Puuomale, that is where my houses are, and my house lot, which I occupy.
The third is Kapuukapu.
The fifth is five mala of Irish potatoes. At Koonaulu I have ano ....
