To the Land Commissioners, greetings: In accordance with the law to quiet property claims, therefore, I give you a diagram of my lot and explain to you that I myself am the one whose place this is, not a chief, or any other person.
This place is makai of the road going from the Fort and just makai of the lot of Namauu and Kaupena and on the northwest side of the lot of Kalani ....

Nahulu, sworn by the Word of God and stated, I have seen Manuiki's property. It is at Kaoaopa in Honolulu here adjoining with Kalani's property. Manuiki's place is on the north side of Kalani's lot; Fort St. and Kuaana's [place] is mauka and Kaupena's lot is makai. That is only an idle land, no other interest
holder is there.
