Hear ye, ye Land Commissioners:I hereby tell you of my land in Wailua. Kaniho, the konohiki, gave me this mo`o, in the `Ili of Keononalu. Within this land are 12 lo`i and a small separate kula to which I think I have a claim. The makai side adjoins the land of Waiapea, Mauka it adjoins the land of Moo. I have occupied this land for ten years and I desire to secure it for myself and my heirs in the future.
