To the Honorable Commissioners for settling land Titles. Gentlemen. The undersigned does hereby send in his claim for a certain piece of land in the District of Waikapu given by Pupahaihai, konohiki of the said land, Waikapu, for a house lot to build upon which I now hold possession, given in the year 1837. Length of the said yard is 73 fathoms by 33 wide, likewise a Bullock pen attached to the said lot.

I, Hoapili Wahine, hereby transfer and confirm to Anthony Catalena and his Sandwich Island born heirs forever, a certain land in Waikapu by the name of Halepalahalaha, also a certain fishing ground with it by the name of Nuukoli, said land and fishing ground to belong to Anthony Catalena and his Sandwich Island born heirs forevermore together belonging with all privileges belonging to said land & fishing ground, a ....
