Mat. Kenui, sworn, Kekualaau has relinquished his interest and personal estate. These are conveyed to Namahana henceforth on this 22nd day of June 184. Mahoe has bequested this entire estate while he was yet alive to Namahana because he (Namahana) is Mahoe's adopted child. This is in Kahakuloa. No one has objected.
