To the Land Commissioners: I am a natlve born resident of Kauailoa in Waialua. I have a claim which I have held for ten or more years, with no opposition from anyone until this time.

First. At Kawailoa waena are twenty-two lo'i bounded as follows: on the north, a pali, some lo'is also, for Napunawai, on the south, a stream, on the west, some lo'is for Kahuna.

2 At Kawailoa kai there are three lo'i, bounded on the north by a stream, on the east by some lo'i for Ukueha, on the west by some lo'is for Napunawai on the south by some lo'i for Wewehi.

3. I have also a claim for a pond at Kawailoa kai. This pond is as long as the lo'is and is bounded on the north by a house lot for Kaaeawa, on the east by house lot, on the south by a pond for Napunawai, on the west by a coconut grove.

4. Pahui, Kawailoa kai. There are five mala of gourd, bounded on the north by Wewehi's mala of gourd, on the east by a stone wall, on the south by the mala of Koiniho, on the west by the mala of Kaae-awa. There is also a mala of sweet potatoes in this combined lot. Two mala of sweet potatoes are surrounded by the mala of Wewehi and the stone wall.

5. My house lot which was from my makuas, and is bounded on the north by a house lot for Napunawai, on the east by my ....
