Hear ye, ye Land Commissioners: I, Kahale, hereby state my claim for land, having been encouraged by the Elele. I have a claim under another /person/. The land /ahupua`a/ is Kuiaha, the konohiki is Keonepahu. At Kaheho are 5 taro lo`i. At Kuiaha Two is another claim under the one who has the land. At Ululoa are 7 lo`i. Furthermore there are 8 kula plantings of potatoes.
Those are my claims which are stated to you, the persons who are in the privy council. Here is another claim, my little house lot, which is stated for your information.
