Kauwealoha, sworn, I think I wrote out Kaaha's claim in January 1848, and sent it to Oahu. I am almost sure that I did, but I can not swear to it positively for I wrote several hundreds and in great haste.

Makamaikai wahine, sworn, I know the lands of the claimant. They consist of six pieces in Honokowai and Kahana and Mailepai.

No. 1 is a kalo land of 4 lois in Naunaunahawele.
No. 2 is a kula land in Maile, Honokowai.
No. 3 is a house lot in Kahananui.
No. 4 is a kula land in Kahananui.
No. 5 is a kula land in Kahananui.
No. 6 is a kula land in Mailepai.
