Be it known to the Land Commissioners in Hawaii: I, Pakaka, hereby petition you for my claim for land and house lot at Waialua, Molokai. Kindly investigate its validity.
The persons on whom I base m claims for land are: Kai, Makua, Kamili and Nahuina. Also, the person from whom I got my right to my house lot is C. Kanaina.
The land is 17 chains 10 fathoms 3 feet in circumference.
The house lot is 9 chains 6 fathoms in length by 5 chains 6 fathoms in width.
