To the Land Commissioners, Greetings: I, Ukeke, am a claimant of land at Waialalu. There are twenty taro lo'i, three kula, and a house, in my mo'o. The boundaries are: north, the seashore; east, Puheemiki; west, the muliwai; south, mountain and pali. Here are my lele lands in another place. At Waiono, four taro lo'i, one watercourse, two kula. At Punaluu, one lo'i wauke*. These claims which I have stated to you are in two ahupua'as, P ....

Makaia, reexamined, says Ukeke has lived on the land claimed by him for about twenty years.

Luapana, sworn, says he knows the lands claimed by Ukeke and confirms the testimony of the previous witnesses.

The konohiki had no objections to make to this claim.
