Greetings to the Land Commissioners: I hereby petition for my little land claim. The `Ili of Pohakea in Honowai, Island of Maui. There are four waihae and one loaloa.

/Translator's note: I am not familiar with the terms waihae and loaloa and cannot find them in the dictionaries, so must assume that they are local terms in use at that time on Maui. The witness in the Foreign Testimony states that the claimant had lo`i and kula pieces/
