To the Land Commissioners, greetings to you all: I, Ku, hereby state my claim for land. There are four lo'i and the kula which adjoins them. The lot claim is not at Niumalu, but in another place, however, not too far away. I am living under Paulo Kanoa, on the island of Kauai.
