Vonpfister of Honolulu, Oahu, Hawaiian islands, I, Jules Dudoitlessee therein named, do hereby assign, transfer and make over unto the said John R. Vonpfister all my right, title, interest and unexpired term of years in a certain lease, bearing date seventeenth day of August 1840, executed unto me & my assigns by Mataio Kekuanaoa, Governor and G.
