I, Kiaipali, a Hawaiian subject living at Wailua on the island of Kauai hereby state to you, the Land Commissioners, my own claim for some lo`is and the house lot. The length is 59 fathoms, and the width is 39 fathoms. The length of my house lot is 41 and the width is 30 fathoms. That is my own claim.
