To the Land Commissioners of the Hawaiian Islands, Greetings: I hereby state my claim for land in the `Ili called Ohia in Waikapu, Island of Maui. There is a mo`o with 33 lo`i, bounded on the north by Ohia, on the east by Palama, on the south by a stream, on the west by Olohe. There is also a small house site which adjoins on the north side of my mo`o, where I live. This land claim as ....

I know the boundaries of the potato patches at Kamaole in Kula and will point them out to the Surveyor when he comes to make the survey.
