.... The land has been with me for six months, Kaluhikana has not done any planting whatsoever in the least on this land because the land has been with the konohiki to the present day.
Decision: Kaluhikana has no claim on that and as shown in the above (statements). That place in its entirety shall be for the konohiki as usual. By the officers who settle titles. 13 December 1854.
