Kaaki came forward in person & made oath that his claim had been duly entered & presented a copy of the same wherefore it was admitted to a hearing.
Kaawapupuole, sworn, says I know the lands of Kaaki in Kealia. It consists of house lot, kula & 11 Lois all in one piece in ili "Kapunakai."

.... orange trees which were taken from 1846 to this year 1850. These trees were planted by Kaaki's parents and she (?) received them as a bequest upon their death.
Pakaa, sworn, he has known in the same ways as Kaawa concerning Kaaki's claim. These claims have been realized since the very beginning to 1850, no objections.
