I, Kuapanio, the owner of the house lot in the middle of Honolulu, hwich hwas given me by the King as a residence, on the makai side of the road between it and the hotel - that is my right which was given me as a subject of kamehameha III. Thse are the rights the King gave to me, some kuleanas of land 3 - 2- /a/hupuaa, 1 inheritance (sic) these are my kuleanas which the King gave me.
