This land was obtained from P. Kanoa and one loi was obtained from Kauhiahiwa. There have been hookupu offerings for two years until now.

Kaanaana, sworn, to correctly state the proper status of Niihau's land that is being argued over with Pahulama because Kauhiahiwa gave it to Niihau. Niihau has had this loi for two years. He has planted on it and has given hookupu for two years as of now. Pahulama's claim is as follows.
His mother gave it to him a long time ago. The fault lies with Kauhiahiwa, not with Niihau.
