.... sworn, I know of two Ahupua`as at Hamakuapoko in Paniau, at Waiehu is Kou. Kou was from Wm. Lunalilo in 1843. Paniau was from Kekauluohi in 1843. This is finished, he has no absolute right, but Naleipuleho is living there. He was dispossessed because of lacking the money for the commutation, but if he gets it, it will be his.
