Malaihi, sworn, I wrote out the claimant's claim in December 1847 and sent it to Oahu. The copy here presented is a correct one. I know the lands of the claimant. They consist of 7 pieces in Wailuku, Maui.

No. 4. is one loi in Halaula 2.
No. 5. is 2 lo`i in Halaula 2.
No. 6. is 3 loi in Halaula 3.
No. 7. is 3 loi in Halaula 3.
The claimant received Nos 1 & 3 & 4 & 5 from Nailiili in 1843. No. 2 from Naonohi in 1845 and Nos 6 & 7 from me in 1843. Nailiilii is a kamaaina and received his lands in the days of Kamehameha I. Kaonohi received the la ....
