The Honorable Commissioners, Hear Ye: I hereby state my claim for my lot at Moanui. I am a konohiki, from Laahili, and when the month of October 12, 1845 came, the lot was leased pa`ahao labor, from Poniuohua to Keapuka were the lands worked on at a value of $89.871/2. There are two lo`i po`alima within that lot. In this same year Laahili and I divided the land. Three mo`o were for me, and the fishery.

I am a konohiki, from Laahili, and when the month of October 12, 1848* came, the lot was leased with pa'ahao labor; from Poniuohua to Keopuka were the lands worked on at a value of $89.87½. Within that lot are two lo'i po'alima. This same year Laahili and I divided the land. Three mo`o for me, and the fishery.
