To the Honorable Land Commissioners, Greetings: I hereby state my claims for land at Kewalo in Honolulu. These claims are a house site and two ponds. I got these places from Kekahupuu in the time when Kaahumanu I was living and I have occupied them in peace with no objections from anyone. This place was surveyed and the diagram follows. That is my claim to your honors.

Haole, sworn, I have seen all of these people as mentioned above and the places for which they had claims. They have all died and their lands were turned over to the konohiki, Kamakee before the day he died. They have no heirs, but Kamakee is their niece by ancestry.
