N.R. 96-99v4
Greetings to the Land Commissioners: I hereby state my claims for land at Kewalo in Honolulu. Ihu gave me these places. There are taro sections of taro lo'i, a pond and a house site. All these have been held peacefully by me, with no objections from anyone. They have been surveyed and their diagrams and descriptions follow. That is what I have to tell your honors.

Haole, sworn, I have seen all of these people as mentioned above and the places for which they had claims. They have all died and their lands were turned over to the konohiki, Kamakee before the day he died. They have no heirs, but Kamakee is their niece by ancestry.
