To the Honorable Land Commissioners, Greetings: I hereby state my claim at Kewalo in Honolulu a pond, which was given me by Pewa. I have held this pond from that time in peace, with no one objecting and I am still situated here. This place has been surveyed and the diagram follows. That is what I have to tell your honor ....
