To the Honorable Land Commissioners of the Hawaiian Islands, Greetings: I hereby state my claim for land at Lehanonui, Waianae, Island of Oahu. It is bounded on the north by a kula, on the east by the land of Hauna; on the south by the lo`i ko`ele, on the west by the land of Kekoa.
I am, with thanks, your obedlent servant.

Wahineokalai's land from Kaapuiki at the time of Kekauluohi, no one objected to him, until his death, at the present time the konohiki wants to take away the land.
Kakio, sworn, he has known in the same way as Kenai.
I, Kahalekili, the konohiki hereby appeal for this interest of Wahinekalai which was bequested to to Kamai. Wahinekalai has died, the land shouId come to me the konohiki.
