To the Honorable Commissioners to quiet land titles, Gentlemen:
The 3 lots of land on which I am now living or owning (contain 46 acres more or less) with kalo patches (containing two acres more or less) has been held by me in peaceable possession for the last ten years without any other claimants appearing to question my right of holding it during that time. I have paid all taxes required of me on the same.
The above land was a voluntary gift to me from Kakualii about 10 years since which I can substantiate.
My object in presenting this to your notice is to obtain from the Board a legal acknowledgement of the above claim with a suitable writing or deed for the same.

2. Pasture house site - I do not know the boundaries but it is a big (place).
I had given him these sections during the lifetime of Kinau without cost and
he has always lived there to the present time. No one has objected.
I have known about the two sections according to the map of the surveying done by Turner but I do not know about the section which is closer to the hills.
M. Kekuanaoa: I have no further work for this land of Barker because Kauukualii has just given the land /to Barker/.
