To the Land Commissioners: Here is my land claim in the `ili of Kumuwiliwili. There are 35 lo`i and the other places situated in this `ili. The first kane of my wahine gave it to my wahine who is living here. The wahine and the land became mine. The first kane died, therefore I am the landlord of the `ili under the konohiki of Waiehu.

Also, there are some lo`is and other things in the other `ilis of Waiehu. At Kuhimana are 7 lo`i, at P ....
