No. 1 is Kalaepaa was given to claimant by Puupuu, the konohiki in 1844, and was not disputed till the death of Nakoa, then the konohiki came for it. The widow at the time consented to give it up, though unwillingly and now wishes it restored. No. 2 was given claimant by Kekeni in 1844, No one has disturbed claimant. No. 3 was given by Kauwa in 1844 and has had it in peace.
Kekuakane [Kekuahane] testifies to the truth of this witness.
