To the Land Commissioners, I hereby tell of my lo`is, at Ahikuli in Kaluaolena, 10 lo`i. At Pohakunui are 13 lo`i. At Poohuea 1 are 3 lo`i. From Lonoaea are these lo`is which jump in various places. From Kaai are some lo`i at Poohuea, 5 lo`i. From Kekawai is 1 also at Poohuea /and/ 2 other lo`i.

Hamae, sworn, The Claimant's land consists of 4 pieces, 3 of which in the Ahupuaa of Ahikuli, and one in Pohakunui, Maui.
No. 1 is a title to the ili of Kalualena.
No. 2 is 10 lois in the ili of Poohuea.
No. 3 is one loi in the ili of Poohuea 2.
No. 4 is 13 lois in the ili of Pohakunui.
The Claimant received Nos 1, 2 & 4 from Lonoaea in 1836 and No. 3 from Kekawa in the year 1837. His title was not disputed until after his death in February 1849. Then ....
