Greetings to you the Commissioners who site at Halekauila on the Island of Oahu, and administer the claims of the people from Hawaii to Kauai: The person living at Waiehu on the Island of Maui, hereby states his claims at various places of Waiehu.
At Panene in the `ili of Kaina I have 11 lo`i; at Kaohe, an `ili for the Ali`i nui /the King/. I have 21 lo`i at Ohia in the `ili of Keau, I have 11 lo`i at Kumuwiliwili in the `ili of Kaleo I have 2 lo`i. That is the number of places which I cultivate in Waiehu. It is finish ....
