Here is my claim to the Land commissioners: I am the landlord of an `ili, Kuhimana, which is bounded on the north by the land of Moomuku, on the east by the stream, on the south by the stream, on the west by the watercourse of Kaheiki.
There are 10 lo`i in other `ilis of Waiehu which were given me by their landlords. I am a landlord of an `ili at Kuhimana, under the konohiki, /which has been held/ from my makuas until this year of 1847. That is my claim for you to hear.
