By This Patent the Governor of the Territory of Hawaii, in conformity with the laws of the United States of America and of the Territory of Hawaii, makes known to all men that he has this day granted and confirmed unto Yuen Sen Wong, for the consideration of his having paid into the Treasury the sum of Two Hundred Fifty Eight 15/100 Dollars, $258.15 and for the further consideration of his having complied with the terms and conditions of Right of Purchase Lease No. 141, Fourth Land District, all in accordance with the provisions of Section 73 of the Hawaiian Organic Act, and in pursuance of the provisions of Sections 420 et seq. of the Revised Laws of Hawaii of 1 ....

.... nd in question exceeds eighty acres. The prohibitions of this paragraph shall not apply to transfers or acquisitions by inheritance or between tenants in common. Any land in respect of which any of the foregoing provisions shall be violated shall forthwith be forfeited and resume the status of public land and may be recovered by the Territory or its successors in an action of ejectment or other appropriate proceedings."
