On CASH FREEHOLD AGREEMENT
By this Patent the Governor of the Territory of Hawaii, in conformity with the laws of the United States of America and of the Territory of Hawaii, makes known to all men that he has this day granted and confirmed unto HARRY K. KAMI, for the consideration of ONE HUNDRED ELEVEN 56/100 Dollars ($111.56), paid into the Treasury, and in conformity with the provisions of Section 73 of the Organic Act of the Territory of Hawaii, as amended by an Act of Congress approved May 27, 1910, and in pursuance of the provision of Section 425 et seq. of the Revised Laws of Hawaii of 1915, and for the further consideration of his having complied with the terms and conditions of Cash Freehold Agreement No. 129, 1st Land District, all of the land situate at LAUPAHOEHOE HOMESTEADS in the District of NORTH HILO, Island of HAWAII bounded and described as follows:
Lots No. 9 & 10, Registered Map No. 2256, 1st Land District.< ....

.... er the issuance of a homestead lease or issuance of a patent, to or by or for the benefit of any other person; or, after the issuance of a patent, to or by or for the benefit of any person who owns, holds, or controls, directly or indirectly, other land or the use thereof the combined area of which and the land in question exceeds eighty acres: Provided, That these prohibitions shall not apply to transfers or acquisitions by inheritance or between tenants in common. Any land in respect of which any of the foregoing provisions shall be violated shall forthwith be forfeited and resume the ejectment other appropriate proceedings."
In Witness Whereof, The Governor of the Territory of Hawaii has hereto set his hand and caused the Great Seal of the Territory to be hereunto affixed, this 12th day of September, A.D. 1921.
