On Special Homestead Agreement
By this Patent the Governor of the Territory of Hawaii, in conformity with the laws of the United States of America and of the Territory of Hawaii, makes known to all men that he has this day granted and confirmed unto Luka Keola for the consideration of One Hundred Four Dollars, $104.00 paid into the Treasury,
And for the further consideration of his having complied with the terms and conditions of Special Homestead Agreement No. 661-A, made in pursuance of the provisions of Section 276 of the Revised Laws of 1905, and of Section 73 of the Organic Act,

.... at these prohibitions shall not apply to transfers or acquisitions by inheritance or between tenants in common. Any land in respect of which any of the foregoing provisions shall be violated shall forthwith be forfeited and resume the status of public land and may be recovered by the Territory or its successors in an action of ejectment or other appropriate proceedings.”
In Witness Whereof, The Governor of the Territory of Hawaii has hereto set his hand and caused the Great Seal of the Territory to be hereunto affixed, this 28th day of September A.D. 1920.
