By this Patent the Governor of the Territory of Hawaii, in conformity with the laws of the United States of America and of the Territory of Hawaii, makes known to all men that he has this day granted and confirmed unto FANNY KAMAKEE LUHIAU for the consideration of THIRTY TWO Dollars $32.00, paid into the Treasury, And for the further consideration of her having complied with the terms and conditions of Part VII of the Land Act of 1895, and Section 420 et seq. of the Revised Laws of 1915, and in pursuance of Right of Purchase Lease No. 196, Second Land District, all of land s ....
