On SPECIAL HOMESTEAD AGREEMENT
By this Patent the Governor of the Territory of Hawaii, in conformity with the laws of the United States of America and of the Territory of Hawaii, makes known to all men that he has this day granted and confirmed unto ROBERT KIHOI, for the consideration of SEVEN HUNDRED EIGHTEEN & 45/100 Dollars ($718.45), paid into the Treasury, And for the further consideration of his having complied with the terms and conditions of Special Homestead Agreement No. 942, made in pursuance of the provision of Section 276 of the Revised Laws of 1905, and of Section 73 of the Organic Act, all of the land situate at PUUKAPU in the District of SOUTH KOHALA, Island of HAWAII bounded and described as follows:

Lots No. 90 and 91, Registered Map No. 2552, Second Land District
Lot No. 90. Beginning at a mamane post at the East corner of this lot and the South corner of Lot ....

.... or corporation; or, before or after the issuance of a homestead lease or issuance of a patent, to or by or for the benefit of any other person; or, after the issuance of a patent, to or by or for the benefit of any person who owns, holds, or controls, directly or indirectly, other land or the use thereof the combined area of which and the land in question exceeds eighty acres: Provided, That these prohibitions shall not apply to transfers or acquisitions by inheritance or between tenants in common. Any land in respect of which any of the foregoing provisions shall be violated shall forthwith be forfeited and resume the ejectment other appropriate proceedings."
In Witness Whereof, The Governor of the Territory of Hawaii has hereto set his hand and caused the Great Seal of the Territory to be hereunto affixed, this 31st day of March, A.D. 1920.
