To the Land Commissioners, Greetings: I hereby state my claim, as enacted in law. In the Ahupua`a of Ponahawai, `Ili of Kanewahineiki, is a parcel of four acres of land to which I have a right from my makua. the witnesses are: Lahaina, Kauakahi, Akenaka.

Kauakahi, sworn, He has known exactly as Lahaina had stated here. The second section is in Alenoho ili land of Waiakea ahupuaa. This /hearing/ has been postponed until the officers meet with Kaunuohua the konohiki and agree on the ten acres of Kaiana, J.B. just as he /Kaiana/ had filed in his claim document.
