By this Patent the Governor of the Territory of Hawaii, in Conformity with the Laws of the United States of America and the Territory of Hawaii, makes known to all men that he has this day granted and confirmed unto J. K. Leonui for the consideration of Fifty Dollars, $50.00, paid into the Treasury.
And for the further consideration of his having complied with the terms and conditions of the Homestead Act of 1892, Section 343 et seq of the Revised Laws of 1905.
