By this Patent the Governor of the Territory of Hawaii, in Conformity with the Laws of the United States of America and of the Territory of Hawaii, makes known to all men that he has this day granted and confirmed unto JOHN KAAPUNI for the consideration of Ninety-One 50/100 Dollars, $91-50/100 paid into the Treasury.
And in conformity with the provisions of Section 5 of an Act of Congress approved May 27, 1910, amending the Organic Act of the Territory.
