Ahupua`a of Waikapu, `Ili of Ohia.
To the Land Commissioners: I hereby state my claim for land in Waikapu, a small mo`o, which was from Napuupahoehoe in 1839. I also have two other lo`i, from the makuahine of my wahine. These are claims which remained after my previous letter. My witnesses are Napuupahoehoe and Eeka Dec. 31. 1847

I also have a claim in the `ili of Umieu in Waikapu, which was from Z. Kaauwai. Four of my lo`is are from Naleipuleho.

Parcel 2 is 4 lo`i at Puako, which were from Naleipuleho in 1845. I do not know how Naleipuleho acquired it. No opposition.
