By this Patent the Governor of the Territory of Hawaii, in conformity with the laws of the United States of America and of the Territory of Hawaii, makes known to all men that he has this day granted and confirmed unto N.R. BROWN for the consideration of One Hundred & Thirty-three Dollars $133.00, paid into the Treasury, and for the further consideration of his having complied with the terms and conditions in Agreement of Sale Dated November 11th, 1907, all of land situate at ALEWA HEIGHTS, in the District of KONA, Island of OAHU bounded and described as follows:

Lot No. 43, Registered Map No. 2321, Fifth Land District
Beginning at the South corner of Lot 47 at Alewa road, the coordinates of said point referred to Government Survey Trig. Station “Wyllie” being: 276.0 feet North and 415.4 feet West, as shown on Government Survey Registered Map No. 2321, and running by true azimuths:
1. 69° 39' 52.5 feet along the Alewa road;
2. 85° 42' 35.0 feet along the Alewa road;
3. 127° 30' 702.6 feet along Lot 44;
4. 217° 30' 136.0 feet along the Kapalama boundary;
5. 307° 30' 608.1 feet along Lot 42;
6. 37° 30' 608.1 feet along Lot 47;
7. 307° 30' 148.3 feet along Lot 47 to the point of beginning.
