By this Patent the Governor of the Territory of Hawaii, in conformity with the laws of the United States of America and of the Territory of Hawaii, makes known to all men that It has this day with the approval of two thirds of the members of the Board of Public Lands of the Territory of Hawaii granted and confirmed unto CHARLES MEINECKE for the consideration of     Dollars ($)     paid into the Treasury.  For and in consideration of the conveyance to the Territory of Hawaii by Charles Meinecke, of certain land situate at Waiomano Kau, County of Hawaii by his certain deed dated the 19th day of January A.D. 1911, to be delivered simultaneously herewith, wherein said land is more particularly described all of the land situate at Makai portion of Hienaloli I, in the District o ....

LEAVING A NET AREA OF  5.973 ACRES

To have and to Hold the above granted Land in Fee Simple unto the said CHARLES MEINECKE, and his heirs and assigns forever.

In Witness Whereof, the Governor of the Territory of Hawaii has hereto set his hand and caused the Great Seal of the Territory to be hereunto affixed this 20th day of January A.D. 1911.
