By this Patent the Governor of the Territory of Hawaii, in conformity with the laws of the United States of America and of the Territory of Hawaii, makes known to all men that he has this day granted and confirmed unto MARY LESSER. for the consideration of Seventy-six & 64/100 Dollars $76.64/100 paid into the Treasury and for the further consideration of her having complied with the terms and conditions of Part VII of the Land Act of 1895, all of the land situate at KAHEI, in the District of NORTH KOHALA, Island of HAWAII, bounded and described as follows:
Right of Purchase Lease No. 141.
Lot No. 13, Registered Map No. 2390, Second Land District.
Beginning at a 3 x 3 post at the Northwest corner of this lot and the Southwest corner of Lot 10, the coordinates of said post referred to Government Survey Trig. Station “Puu o Nale” being: 2730.7 feet North and 1453.0 feet East, as shown on Government Survey Registered Map No. 2390, and running by true azimuths:
1. 284° 53' 739.5 feet along Lot 10 to a post;
2. 2° 22' 501.5 feet along Lot 12 of the Kaauhuhu Homesteads to a post;
3. 86° 30' 171.5 feet along the North side of 40 Foot Road to angle in fence;
4. 66° 35' 90.0 feet along the Northwest side of 40 Foot Road to angle in fence;
5. 111° 02' 533.7 feet along the Northeast side of 30 Foot Road to a post;
6. 186° 06' 548.6 feet along the East side of 30 Foot Road to the point of beginning.
