On LAND EXCHANGE
By this Patent the Governor of the Territory of Hawaii, in Conformity with the Laws of the United States of America and the Territory of Hawaii, makes known to all men that he has this day [INSERT] with the approval of two thirds of the members of the Board of Public Lands of the Territory of Hawaii [end insert] granted and confirmed unto B.E. PORTER for the consideration of Dollars paid into the Treasury.
In consideration of the conveyance by the said B.E. Porter to the Territory of Hawaii of former Lot 86, Alewa Heights, City and County of Honolulu, Territory of Hawaii, by deed dated the 12th of May. A.D. 1910, and intended to be delivered simultaneously herewith. all of the land situate at ALEWA in the District of HONOLULU, Island of OAHU bounded and described as follows:
Lot 86, Alewa Heights,
Beginning at a stake at the West corner of this lot and the Northeast corner of Lot 87, and on the South side of a 40 Foot Road Reserve, the coordinates of said point referred to Government Survey Trig. Station “Wyllie” being 941.9 feet South and 1852.7 feet West, as shown on Government Survey Registered Map No. 2321, and running by true azimuths:
1. 256° 10' 204.8 feet along 40 Foot Road Reserve to a stake;
2. 248° 46' 20.0 feet along 40 Foot Road Reserve to a stake;
3. 319° 51' 272.9 feet along Lot 83 to a stake;
4. 74° 22' 227.6 feet along Rooke Estate and Government land to a stake;
5. 140° 48' 275.8 feet along Lot 87 to the point of beginning.

To Have and to Hold the above granted Land unto the said B.E. Porter and his heirs and assigns forever.
